About our restaurant

At our Hotel in the French Alps, our restaurant includes a décor featuring ancient mountain-related objects and offers you refined gourmet cuisine: a menu du jour crafted from local produce from the Hautes-Alpes and Italy’s Dolomites region, a selection of regional hard cheeses and the Chalet d’en Hô’s famous ‘Farandole de Desserts Maison’ (medley of house desserts), all devised by our chef Eddy.
Moreover, we can cater to all dietary requirements and can provide, among others, vegetarian, gluten- and dairy-free foodstuffs. We are happy to discuss any queries you might have to help to make your stay here run as smoothly as possible.

And for breakfast?

We offer a Sweet and Savoury Regional Buffet for breakfast with a range of different Névache breads (white loaf, country bread, multigrain bread), pastries, house biscuit, two kinds of cereal, fresh milk and farmhouse yoghurts from the Hautes-Alpes, home-made Hautes-Alpes jams, Névache honey, Hautes-Alpes mountain Tomme (cheese), Italian cured meats from the Dolomites, fresh fruits and dried fruits, as well as hot drinks. All on a self-service, eat as much as you like basis.
