How can one understand a region without tasting its cuisine ? Here in the hotel's retaurant, we give our local products top billing to help you discover the culinary delights of the Alpes du Sud.
Here are a few examples :

  • Honey from the hives of beekeeper Jacques Bordet, just a stone's throw from the Chalet d'en Hô,
  • Full fat farmhouse yoghurts produced by GAEC La Belette in Romette,
  • Fresh pasteurised full fat milk from the Le Chambeyron dairy cooperative, 
  • Homemade jams from Chatelain in Gap
