TERMS OF CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

* In the case of the client cancelling the booking 15 calendar days prior to the arrival date :
the 30% deposit, paid at the time of booking, will be considered as a fully refundable deposit.

* In the case of the client cancelling the booking within the 15 calendar days prior to the arrival date or in the case of a no show:the 30% deposit, paid at the time of booking, will be considered as a non-refundable deposit.

* In the case of the client shortening the stay : the 30% deposit, paid at the time of booking, will be considered as a non-refundable deposit and will not be deducted from the total price. All nights spent in the hotel will be charged in addition to the deposit.

* Any bookings that the Chalet d'en Hô have to cancel, in advance of the arrival date, will lead to the refund of any payment made by the client. The client cannot lay claim to any compensation.
